Takeaways
Leadership, exhibition allocation, and print production management
It was my first time leading a visual design team for a conference.
During this experience I learned how to effectively communicate ideas with members and professors to drive the decision-making process. Working on this exhibition allowed me to expand my knowledge of a variety of skills, like graphic design and the accompanying printing process, and effectively respond to unexpected situations, ensuring the project stayed on track.
Additionally, working directly with printing manufacturers provided me with hands-on experience in overseeing the production process, from proofing to final output, ensuring deliverables were managed with precision and of high quality.
