Currently, I'm working in the Credential Management field. During my internships, I worked on designing CRM systems, SaaS & KYC products, and health management apps, gaining solid experience in web and app design.
I believe that great design is user-orientated and communicative. As a recent grad, I'm eager to embark on the next phase of my life!

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to optimize over 20 key design functions of two major SaaS product lines—TuringFacts (enterprise identity verification) from 0 - 1 and TuringCerts (digital credentialing) feature enhancements, successfully generated over NTD 2.5 million in revenue for the product and increased registration rates by more than 11%.
Conducted User Research and Usability Testing and participated in over 10+ interviews and validation tests to gather qualitative and quantitative insights. Proposed design suggestions that were successfully adopted, leading to measurable improvements

Collaborated with PM to draft 3+ requirements documents for KYC and identity management products, conducted competitive analysis, and conducted 5+ new feature designs with a designer for the KYC app with testing and debugging.

Collaborated with the PM and UI designer to develop the MVP design features for health products, conducted flowcharts, wireframes, and the initial UI design, followed by testing in the development environment.
Planned product structure and flowchart for the insurance FHIR format product, detailing the claims process and case management pages for insurance and hospital use.

My incredible 10-month journey through 25 European countries was one of the most memorable experiences in my life.

I’ve been an international volunteer, done work exchanges, and even got certified as a lifeguard instructor.
These experiences made me fall in love with nature. I enjoy connecting with it and its amazing wonders.
